According to the Action Plan for 2022 signed between the Central Office of the New Azerbaijan Party, "Azerbaijan Television and Radio Broadcasting" Closed Joint Stock Company and the Permanent Working Group of the State Commission, training of trainers, flash mobs, social actions with various hashtags, tournaments and competitions in various sports, cultural-mass events, round tables on the topic, art exhibitions and television coverage of the events were provided, and a total of 18 events were carried out during the reporting period in order to carry out educational measures in the field of drug addiction.

  A joint Action Plan for 2023 was approved between the Central Office of the New Azerbaijan Party, "Azerbaijan Television and Radio Broadcasting" Closed Joint Stock Company and the Permanent Working Group of the State Commission in order to ensure the continuity of the work done, to further strengthen the anti-narcotic propaganda work among young people, to implement educational measures in a systematic and connected manner.

 Within the framework of the Action Plan, it is considered to prepare  social circles with the motto "Say no to drugs too", to hold interactive trainings, round tables on the topic in cities and regions of the republic, it is planned to organize marathon with the motto "Let"s say no to white death for the sake of healthy youth!" and cycling competitions with motto "Say no to drugs, join us!", as well as cultural and mass concert programs in the regions and also to  cover the mentioned events on television.
