A joint Action Plan for 2023-2024 was signed with the Baku City Education Department at the initiative of the Working Group of the State Commission for the purpose of organizing awareness work in educational institutions for further strengthening and expansion of anti-narcotics propaganda.

Under the Action Plan it is planned to hold trainings for school psychologists, seminars-workshops for heads of children"s associations of secondary schools, chairmen of parents" committees, members of the school-parent community, teachers as well as preventive measures in order to form the anti-narcotic outlook of students.

 At the same time, it is planned to present  necessary educational printed materials, methodical materials, social boards to educational institutions and distribute them among students that were prepared by the Working Group of the State Commission.
