In accordance with clause 4.4.17 of the "2019-2024 State Program on Illegal Trafficking of Narcotic Drugs, Psychotropic Substances and Their Precursors and Combating Drug Addiction",

 An educational meeting on "We choose a healthy future" was held at the Azerbaijan University of Languages in accordance with clause 4.4.17 of the "2019-2024 State Program on Illegal Trafficking of Narcotic Drugs, Psychotropic Substances and Their Precursors and Combating Drug Addiction".

  At the event, representatives of the Azerbaijan University of Languages, the Working Group of the State Commission on Combating Drug Addiction and Illegal Trafficking of Narcotic Drugs, and the General Anti-Narcotics Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs spoke and gave detailed and necessary information to the students about the risk factors of drug use, the stages of drug addiction formation, the properties of psychoactive substances and their harmful effects on health.

 At the end, students" questions on the relevant topic were answered and the necessary propaganda materials called "Know the truth about narcotics", "The truth about marijuana" and "The truth about psychotropic substances" prepared by the Working Group of the State Commission were distributed among the participants.
