An educational event was organized by the Working Group of the State Commission on Combating Drug Addiction and Illegal Trafficking of Narcotic Drugs and the Executive Power of Zardab District in connection with the UN "Day of Combating Narcotics".

The department head of the Zardab district Executive Power, the responsible employee of the Working Group of the State Commission on Combating Drug Addiction and Illegal Trafficking of Narcotics, representatives of the regional commission, deputy directors of schools for training and education, psychologists and high school students.

At the event, detailed information was given on the risk factors of drug use, the negative effects of drug addiction on people"s lives and health, moral values and socio-economic development, increasing attention to the efficient organization of leisure time, the legal basis of the fight against the consequences of drug addiction, and other issues at the same time discussions were held on questions of interest to the participants.

In the end, necessary promotional materials prepared by the Permanent Working Group of the State Commission end "Know the truth about narcotics", "The truth about marijuana" and "The truth about psychotropic substances" were presented to the participants.
