The training was organized at the Heydar Aliyev Center of Agdash district under the joint organization of the Ministry of Culture and the Working Group of the State Commission in connection with the implementation of the "2022-2023 Action Plan for the expansion of propaganda and educational activities against drug addiction among teenagers and young people" and the "Paragraph 4.4.34 of the State Program for 2019-2024 on illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors and fight against drug addiction.

  The sector manager of the Permanent Working Group of the State Commission made a relevant presentation in order to increase their knowledge and level of professionalism on the problem of drug addiction as well as the participants were given extensive information about the risk factors of drug use, the characteristics of psychoactive substances and their harmful effects on health, the stages of drug addiction formation, the importance of anti-narcotic propaganda, methods of combating drug addiction, and also discussions were held on the questions of interest to the participants in the training held with the participation of specialists of the institutions subordinate to the Agdash Regional Culture Department of the Ministry of Culture.
