According to clause 4.4.38 of the Action Plan, a social video called "Drug use leaves indelible marks on the brain" was prepared by the Permanent Working Group of the State Commission on the implementation of the "2019-2024 State Program on illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors and the fight against drug addiction".

  In the social video, a young man who is a drug user tries to hide his drug use from his family and relatives. Finally, the video is completed with the warning slogans "Using drugs leaves indelible marks on the brain". It is planned to broadcast the educational social video through media subjects, as well as on social networks.
