A new social video was developed using the graphic method with the aim of widely promoting the activity of the "802 hotline" telephone service among the public, created for active activities of citizens in order to prevent the illegal circulation of drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors and the spread of addiction in connection with the implementation of subsection 4.1.10 of the Action Plan for the implementation of the State Program for 2019-2024, in connection with the implementation of subsection 4.1.10 of the Action Plan for the implementation of the State Program for 2019-2024, "On illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors and fight against drug addiction approved by Decree № 1334 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mr. Ilham Aliyev dated July 22, 2019.
