On October 24 of this year, the next meeting has been arranged with youth organizations and active young people at the "Globus Center" that was organized by the  representatives of institutions working closely in the fight against drugs  in accordance with the Action Plan signed between the Permanent Working Group of the State Commission on Combating Drug Addiction and Illegal Trafficking of Narcotics and the Youth Foundation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

  Head of the department of the Youth Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Representatives of the Permanent Working Group of the State Commission, the General Anti-Narcotics Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and the narcologist of the Baku City Narcology Center spoke at the event in order to increase their knowledge about the problem of drug addiction and also participants were informed about the risk factors of drug use, the properties of psychoactive substances and their harmful effects on health, the stages of drug addiction formation, the importance of anti-narcotic propaganda, the methods of combating drug addiction, the effectiveness of search and operation measures carried out by law enforcement agencies and at the same time extensive information was given about the activity direction of the "802" hotline and a wide discussion was held on the questions of interest to the participants.
