An educational event was held at secondary school № 113, Sabunchu district, Baku, in order to implement the relevant clause of the Action Plan signed jointly with the Permanent Working Group of the State Commission for Combating Drug Addiction and Illegal Trafficking together with the Department of Education for Baku City.

   The event was attended by representatives of the Baku City Executive Power, the Permanent Working Group of the State Commission, the Department of Education for Baku city, and the Narcologist of the Republican Narcology Center.

  The students were given detailed information about the tragedies caused by drug addiction, the fight against the illegal circulation of psychoactive substances, and the destructive effects of drugs on the human body. In particular, the importance of effective organization of free time, sports, art and socially useful work was emphasized.

  In the end, the booklet "Methodological recommendations for helping to identify people who abuse narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances" prepared by the Permanent Working Group of the State Commission and the necessary propaganda materials were presented to the students.
