The training was organized in Shamakhi district Cultural Center with the joint organization of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Working Group of the State Commission regarding the implementation of the Action Plan covering the years 2022-2023 according to paragraph 4.4.34 of the State Program for 2019-2024 and "On the expansion of propaganda and educational activities against drug addiction among teenagers and young people on the illegal circulation of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors and the fight against drug addiction.

  The sector manager of the permanent working group of the State Commission made a relevant presentation in the training held with the participation of specialists of the subordinate institutions of the Shamakhi region of the Ministry of Culture in order to increase their knowledge and level of professionalism on the problem of drug addiction and the participants were given extensive information about the risk factors of drug use, the properties of psychoactive substances and their harmful effects on health, the stages of the formation of drug addiction, the importance of anti-narcotic propaganda, methods of combating drug addiction and discussions were held on the questions of interest to the participants.

  At the end, the participants of the training were presented with the necessary promotional materials and visual aids for the purpose of promoting the fight against drug addiction.
