A meeting was held with students on the topic of "Drug addiction and its consequences" under the joint organization of the Working Group of the State Commission on Combating Drug Addiction and Illegal Trafficking of Narcotics and the Humanitarian College under the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts (ASUCA).

 At the event, detailed information was given on the risk factors of drug use, the negative effects of drug addiction on people"s lives and health, moral values and socio-economic development, increasing attention to the efficient organization of leisure time, the legal basis of the fight against the consequences of drug addiction, and other issues as well as discussions were held on questions of interest to the participants. .

 In the end, the manual "Methodological recommendations for the identification of persons abusing narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances" prepared by the Permanent Working Group of the State Commission and "Know the truth about narcotics", "The truth about marijuana" and "The truth about psychotropic substances" were presented to the participants.
