According to the "Action Plan for 2022-2023 on the expansion of propaganda and educational work against drug addiction among teenagers and young people", an educational event was held at the Sheki State Regional College with the joint organization of the Permanent Working Group of the State Commission on Combating Drug Addiction and Illegal Trafficking of Narcotics and the Sheki District Executive Power for the purpose of organizing educational work among young people and teenagers regarding the promotion of a healthy lifestyle.

 The head of the legal department of the Sheki City Executive Authority, a police officer, the responsible employee of the Permanent Working Group of the State Commission for the Fight against Drug Addiction and Illegal Trafficking of Narcotic Drugs gave a relevant presentation at the event and extensive information was provided about the risk factors of drug use, the characteristics of psychoactive substances and their harmful effects on health, the stages of drug addiction formation, the importance of anti-narcotic propaganda, the direction of activity of the 802 hotline and discussions were held around questions of interest to students.

 In the end, the necessary propaganda materials prepared by the Permanent Working Group of the State Commission end "Know the truth about narcotics", "The truth about marijuana" and "The truth about psychotropic substances" were presented to the participants.
