An educational event on "Drug addiction and its consequences" was held at Gakh Vocational High School with the joint organization of the Permanent Working Group of the State Commission for Combating Drug Addiction and Illegal Trafficking of Narcotic Drugs and the Gakh District Executive Power for the purpose of organizing educational work among young people and teenagers regarding the promotion of a healthy lifestyle in accordance with the "Action Plan for 2022-2023 on the expansion of propaganda and educational activities against drug addiction among teenagers and young people".

 The responsible employees of the Permanent Working Group of the Gakh District Executive Power, the State Commission for the Fight against Drug Addiction and Illegal Trafficking of Narcotic Drugs made a relevant presentation at the event and discussed the risk factors of drug use, the properties of psychoactive substances and their harmful effects on health, the stages of the formation of drug addiction, The importance of anti-narcotic propaganda, the direction of the 802 hotline, and discussions about the questions of interest to the students were held.

 In the end, necessary propaganda materials prepared by the Working Group of the State Commission end "Know the truth about narcotics", "The truth about marijuana" and "The truth about psychotropic substances" were distributed among the students.
