A training was organized in the Heydar Aliyev Center of Lankaran city with the joint organization of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Working Group of the State Commission in accordance with the "2019-2024 State Program on Illegal Trafficking of Narcotic Drugs, Psychotropic Substances and Their Precursors and Combating Drug Addiction".

In the training held with the participation of specialists of the subordinate institutions of the Ministry of Culture in Lankaran city, the sector manager of the Permanent Working Group of the State Commission made a relevant presentation in order to increase their knowledge and level of professionalism on the problem of drug addiction and gave the participants extensive information about the risk factors of drug use, the properties of psychoactive substances and their harmful effects on health, the stages of drug addiction formation, the importance of anti-narcotic propaganda, methods of combating drug addiction, and then discussions were held on the questions that interested the participants.

In the end, the booklet "Methodical recommendations for helping to identify people who abuse narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances" prepared by the Working Group and the necessary propaganda materials were presented to the participants.
