An educational event was organized in secondary school № 35 on June 10 of the current year, with the joint organization of the Working Group of the State Commission on Combating Drug Addiction and Illegal Trafficking of Narcotic Drugs and the Executive Power of Nasimi District in connection with June 26 UN "Anti-Narcotics Day".

 First, an art exhibition about the consequences of drug addiction, prepared by students, was viewed in the lobby of the school.

 Deputy Head of the Executive Power of Nasimi District, Chairman of the Commission for Combating Drug Addiction and Illegal Trafficking of Drugs, Responsible Employee of the Working Group of the State Commission for Combating Drug Addiction and Illegal Trafficking of Narcotics, Director of the school, teaching staff and psychologists, as well as representatives of relevant institutions and non-  representatives of the government organization participated at the event.

 At the event, detailed information was provided on the risk factors of drug use, the negative effects of drug addiction on people"s lives and health, moral values and socio-economic development, increasing attention to the efficient organization of leisure time, the legal basis of the fight against the consequences of drug addiction, and other issues.

 In the end, the necessary propaganda materials prepared by the Permanent Working Group of the State Commission end "Know the truth about narcotics", "The truth about marijuana" and "The truth about psychotropic substances" were presented to the participants.
