On June 13 of the current year, an educational event was organized at the Baku State Vocational Education Center for Construction and Installation Works with the joint organization of the Working Group of the State Commission on Combating Drug Addiction and Illegal Trafficking of Narcotic Drugs and the Executive Power of Garadagh District in connection with June 26 UN "Anti-Narcotics Day".

 The deputy head of the Garadagh district Executive Power, the chairman of the commission for the fight against drug addiction and illegal drug trafficking, the responsible representative of the Working Group of the State Commission for the fight against drug addiction and illegal drug trafficking, an employee of the district police department, the director of the center, teaching staff and relevant organizations employees participated at the event.

 At the event, detailed information was provided on the risk factors of drug use, the negative effects of drug addiction on people"s lives and health, moral values and socio-economic development, increasing attention to the efficient organization of leisure time, the legal basis of the fight against the consequences of drug addiction, and other issues and discussions were held on questions of interest to the participants.

 In the end, the necessary propaganda materials prepared by the Permanent Working Group of the State Commission end "Know the truth about narcotics", "The truth about marijuana" and "The truth about psychotropic substances" were presented to the participants.
