"Bakcell" subscribers were sent a necessary notification in the form of an SMS (DK Isci Group: Let"s learn the truth about drugs and fight with knowledge! www.nmdk.gov.az, Hotline: 802) as a continuation of the series of events organized on the occasion of  June 26- International Day of Combating Drug Abuse and Illegal Trafficking, the Permanent Working Group of the State Commission on Combating Drug Addiction and Illegal Trafficking of Narcotic Drugs together with the relevant institution on June 20 and 26 of the current year ".

 SMSes were addressed to approximately 2127390 subscribers in a phased manner within 6 days.
