Organized by the Youth Foundation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the training “Let’s Say No to Drug Addiction!” was held within the framework of the Mobile Youth Service project in the Masally district.

Azer Aliyev, the Director General of the Youth Development and Career Center of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Shahin Ismayilov, the Chief Advisor of the Permanent Working Group of the State Commission, Araz Ahmadov, the head of the Masally District Executive Authority, and representatives from other state bodies participated on the opening day of the event.

During the training organized, extensive information was provided to enhance the youths" knowledge regarding the issue of drug addiction, including risk factors for drug use, the characteristics of psychoactive substances and their harmful effects on health, the effective organization of youth leisure time, the function of the “802” hotline, and other related matters and also  discussions were held on questions that interested the youths.

In the end, the necessary propaganda materials "Know the truth about narcotics", "The truth about marijuana" and "The truth about psychotropic substances" prepared by the Permanent Working Group of the State Commission were presented to young people.
