On September 18 of the current year, an awareness-raising event was held at Military Unit N in accordance with the "State Program for Combating the Illegal Circulation of Narcotic Substances, Psychotropic Substances, and Their Precursors and Drug Addiction for 2019-2024." This event was organized jointly by the Ministry of Defense and the Permanent Working Group of the State Commission. During the event, an employee of the Working Group of the and a doctor-narcologist from the Narcology Center of the Ministry of Health for Baku city delivered presentations on the characteristics of narcotic substances, their harmful effects on health, the stages of forming drug addiction, and the action plan for preventive measures.

 At the end, booklets d "Methodological Recommendations to Assist in Identifying Individuals Abusing Narcotic Substances and Psychotropic Substances," prepared by the Permanent Working Group of the State Commission, along with other necessary promotional materials, were presented to the participants.
