This was carried out by the Permanent Working Group of the State Commission in collaboration with the commissions of Lankaran, Bilasuvar, Jalilabad, Masally, and Lerik cities/districts. A total of 136 court rulings were made regarding the destruction of small quantities of confiscated narcotic substances, psychotropic substances, and their precursors, which were destroyed by incineration. The destruction process was conducted with the participation of an employee from the Permanent Working Group of the State Commission, and it was recorded on video, which was added to the relevant reports.
