The process was carried out by the Commission for the Destruction of Narcotic Substances, Psychotropic Substances, and their Precursors, organized jointly by the Permanent Working Group of the State Commission and the commission of the Khazar district of Baku. A total of 215 court rulings were made regarding the destruction of small quantities of narcotic substances, psychotropic substances, and their precursors, which were destroyed by incineration.

The destruction process was conducted with the participation of an employee from the Permanent Working Group of the State Commission, and a video recording was made, which was added to the relevant documentation.
