The Permanent Working Group of the State Commission, in collaboration with the Nasimi District Commission of Baku, conducted the destruction of narcotic substances, psychotropic substances, and their precursors that had been removed from illegal circulation or confiscated. This process involved substances categorized as small and moderate quantities, as determined by 60 court rulings that ordered their destruction. The destruction was carried out through incineration, adhering to all relevant legal and procedural requirements.

The destruction process was conducted in the presence of a representative from the Permanent Working Group of the State Commission and was documented through video recording. The video footage, along with the corresponding data carrier, was appended to the official records.
