The Permanent Working Group of the State Commission, in collaboration with the Agstafa and Gazakh District Commission of Baku, carried out the destruction of narcotic substances, psychotropic substances, and their precursors that had been confiscated or removed from illegal circulation. This process involved substances categorized as small and moderate quantities and was conducted in accordance with 18 court rulings that mandated their destruction. The substances were destroyed by incineration, following all required legal and procedural guidelines.

The destruction process was supervised by a representative of the Permanent Working Group of the State Commission to ensure compliance with regulations. The entire procedure was recorded on video, and the video footage, along with the corresponding data carrier, was formally attached to the official documentation for record-keeping and verification purposes.
