The Permanent Working Group of the State Commission, in collaboration with Baku City Nizami District Commission, conducted the destruction of narcotic substances, psychotropic substances, and their precursors that had been removed from illegal circulation or confiscated. This process involved substances categorized as small and moderate quantities, as determined by 87 court rulings that ordered their destruction. The destruction was carried out through incineration, adhering to all relevant legal and procedural requirements.

The destruction process was carried out with the participation of an employee of the Permanent Working Group of the State Commission and was videotaped and attached to the acts together with the relevant information carrier.
