In order to strengthen the popularization of the anti-narcotic means among the prisoners the Ministry of Justice’s Penitentiary service and the Working Group of the State Commission on Fight against drug Abuse and Illegal Drug Dispensing confirmed the « Plan of Measures» for 2017.

   «Plan of Measures» is envisaged to realize popularization measures on destructive impact of drugs to the human bodies.  It will also demonstrate video materials on the damage of drug addiction to the health of people and to the society, and on the tragedies of narcomania. Theatre scenes will be played so that it creates a broad imagination on the spring up processes of AIDS and other different dangerous ills. Furthermore, it is planned to diffuse guiding books created with the purpose of the non-medical consumption of narcotic substances’ prophylactics, warming papers, and other important educative printing materials among the prisoners.
