In connection with the implementation of paragraph 4.1.16 of the "State Program on the illegal turnover of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors and fight against drug addiction for 2013-2018", a magazine covering the results of the social survey held in  Yasamal, Nizami and Sabunchu districts of Baku city including Ganja, Sumgayıt, Lankaran, Shirvan, Salyan, Yevlakh, Kurdamir cities and districts with  the support of the Working Group of the State Commission for the Prevention of Drug Addiction and Illicit Drug Trafficking and with the participation of the Ministry of Youth and Sport and the relevant non-governmental organization has been published in order to find out  the extent of the spread of drug addiction among about 1000 teenagers and young people. 

  The purpose of the inquiry is the possibility of achieving of psychotropic substances and cigarette  by adolescents and young people, the degree of spread of such cases, as well as the extent of drug users, psychotropic substances and cigarette users among adolescents and young people, the characteristics of contact with them, risk factors, close social circles, family risk factors, and other epidemiological indicators.
