A video conference of the resumed 63rd session of the United Nations Commission on Narcotic Drugs (NDC) was held in Vienna on December 2-4 of the current year in a hybrid format (with the participation of CND members physically, through the virtual platform of other countries).

   Analytical Expertise Center Public Entity of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Health of the Republic of Azerbaijan, experts of State Customs Committee and State Security Service, members of the Permanent  Representations and a member of the Working Group of the State Commission on Combating  Narcotic Drugs and Illicit Drug Trafficking participated at the session as an observer.

   The main issue on the agenda of the resumed 63rd session of the Commission on Narcotic Drugs was the discussion of amendments to the tables of the relevant international conventions on drug control on a number of substances on the basis of the recommendations of the World Health Organization (WHO).
