An event on "Drugs, as well as the destructive effects of drugs on human health, the human body and harm to society" was held for prisoners in the penitentiary №15 on May 24,within the framework of the implementation of the Action Plan approved by the Penitentiary Service of the Ministry of Justice and the Permanent Working Group of the State Commission on Combating Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking

  The event featured lectures on the negative effects of drugs and drug addiction on the family, society and human health, public policy and awareness-raising activities, made recommendations on the rehabilitation and reintegration of drug-affected prisoners into society, and provided information on AIDS and a number of infectious diseases.

  At the end, the questions of the prisoners were answered and the necessary propaganda materials prepared by the Working Group of the State Commission were distributed among the participants.
