An educational campaign called "We choose a healthy lifestyle, we say no to drug addiction" was held with the participation of teenagers in connection with the June 26 UN "Anti-Narcotics Day", jointly organized by the Permanent Working Group of the State Commission on Combating Drug Addiction and Illegal Trafficking of Narcotics and Nizami District Executive Power.

  Employees of the Permanent Working Group of the State Commission for Combating Drug Addiction and Illegal Trafficking of Narcotics, Nizami District Executive Authority, Nizami District Youth and Sports Department, Keshla Municipality, Nizami District Police Department, as well as active youth of the district and district volunteers took part in the event.

  At the meeting, detailed information was provided on the risk factors of drug use, the negative effects of drug addiction on people's lives and health, moral values and socio-economic development, increasing attention to the efficient organization of leisure time, the legal basis of the fight against the consequences of drug addiction, and other issues and at the same time discussions were held on questions of interest to the participants.

 Within the framework of the action, meetings were held with residents, especially teenagers, at various addresses, parks, parking lots, and subway exits in the residential area of the district, and informative conversations about drug addiction were held, at the same time, the necessary propaganda materials prepared by the Permanent Working Group of the State Commission entitled "Know the truth about narcotics", "The truth about marijuana" and "The truth about psychotropic substances" were presented.
