During the months of January-November of the current year, the "802" hotline phone call service received 2009 citizen appeals, of which 252 were related to illegal drug trafficking, 776 were related to drug addiction treatment, and 981 were related to other issues (re-applying, explaining the terms of the legislation, procedures for compulsory treatment, etc.) were connected.

  On the mentioned applications ,1028 letters were promptly addressed to relevant authorities to take appropriate measures, and as a result, 776 people were referred to specialized medical institutions for drug addiction treatment and based on the information provided by citizens regarding the illegal circulation of drugs, a criminal case was opened on 187 facts,as a result of measures taken on 50 reports, the fact has not been ed, and operational measures are currently being continued according to 15 applications

  At the same time, compared to the corresponding period of last year, the hotline call service received 1071 more citizen requests. 63 of them were related to illegal drug trafficking, 502 to voluntary treatment, and 506 to oral appeals.

  In addition, as a result of a relevant survey conducted among those who applied to the "802" hotline, it was determined that the contact number of the telephone call service was obtained mainly through television channels, as well as from videos and social boards regularly broadcast in subway stations and other public places.
