An educational campaign was held on social networks

 In order to ensure social and economic stability in the Republic of Azerbaijan, to protect the health, well-being and moral values of people, the fight against drug addiction and illegal drug trafficking has been determined as a national duty, and in this regard, the State Program for 2019-2024 was approved by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on July 22, 2019.

 The Action Plan for 2024 has been developed by the permanent working group of the Central Office of the New Azerbaijan Party (YAP), "Azerbaijan Television and Radio Broadcasting" Closed Joint Stock Company and the State Commission for the Fight against Drug Addiction and Illegal Trafficking of Narcotics in order to fulfill the tasks arising from the State Program.In accordance with the Action Plan, during the months of April, May, and June 2024, educational booklets and memory books prepared by the Working Group of the State Commission were distributed and certain explanations were given in order to strengthen public awareness measures in the field of combating drug addiction and to promote a healthy lifestyle. At the same time, on the occasion of "World Anti-Drug Day" a campaign has been launched since June 24 under the motto "Let"s say no to drugs together!" by the party activists as well as various educational materials were shared on "X", "Facebook" and "Instagram" social network platforms with hashtags #Narkomaniyayason #StopNarkomaniya. Within the framework of the social network action, 10808 were shared in the "X" social network segment, 13643 in the "Instagram" social network segment, and 19844 in the "Facebook" social network segment. As a whole, more than 44,000 posters, videos and various educational materials were shared in all segments of social networks as part of the campaign, which lasted until June 26.
